2. ServiceNow Acquires Moveworks for $2.85 Billion

ServiceNow has announced its acquisition of AI startup Moveworks for $2.85 billion, marking its largest deal to date. Moveworks specializes in providing AI assistants for company employees and had a valuation of $2.1 billion as of June 2021.
