Most dashboards die within a week.
You build a nice tracker, it looks great, and then keeping it updated becomes another chore you drop.
Claude can build you a different kind. One that updates itself, pulling live from your real tools, so it's current every time you open it.
No spreadsheet to maintain. No copy-paste. Just one page that stays true on its own.
The GTM Playbook Behind Warmly's Acquisition
Warmly ran pipeline, outreach, and lead scoring on autopilot for hundreds of startups — before a single sales hire.
HubSpot acquired them for it. Now the cofounders are walking you through the exact system, live, before they disappear into product. Join the Builder Session on August 12.
Leave with an agentic GTM stack you can replicate this week. Plus HubSpot Credits when you join HubSpot for Startups.
Okay, what makes this different.
You've heard me talk about Artifacts, the working tools Claude builds inside the chat. A live dashboard is the next step up.
Instead of static numbers you type in, it connects to your actual tools. Your calendar, your email, your data. It shows the real picture, refreshed each time you open it.
Think of a single morning page: today's meetings, the emails that need you, your top three tasks, this week's numbers. All live. All in one place.
How to build one.
First, connect the tools it should pull from (your calendar, email, whatever holds your data). Then describe the dashboard you want:
Build me a live personal dashboard as an artifact, pulling from my connected tools.
Show me, in one clean page:
- Today's meetings, in order, with times.
- The emails from the last day that actually need a reply from me.
- My top 3 priorities for today.
- [any numbers you track: this week's sales, tasks done, whatever.]
Lay it out clean and scannable. Refresh it with current data each time I open it.It builds the page. You open it each morning and it's current, because it's reading from the source, not a copy you have to feed.
Two things worth knowing.
Live dashboards lean on connectors, so they shine most once Claude is wired into your real tools. The more it can see, the more useful the page.
And you can shape it endlessly by asking. "Add a section for overdue invoices." "Move meetings to the top." It rebuilds on request.
Here's the bigger idea. A static report tells you where things were. A living one tells you where they are. When your dashboard maintains itself, you stop managing the tracker and start just reading it.
This is Workflow 4 in Claude Mastery, the personal dashboard, built step by step with the exact connectors and prompts.
