There's a difference between an assistant who's new every day and one who knows your business.

Most people work with the new one. Every chat, they re-explain who they are, what they sell, how they talk.

You can fix that with a single document. Write it once, and Claude knows your whole world every time you open it.

I call it your business brain. It's the highest-value hour you'll spend with AI.

Warmly Ran GTM With No Sales Team. Here's How.

That's what Warmly proved. They defined ICP, scored buying intent, and surfaced the right accounts before a human ever touched a lead. HubSpot noticed.

On August 12, Max and Keegan are rebuilding it live in HubSpot — and showing you how to replicate it this week. HubSpot Credits included when you join HubSpot for Startups.

Okay, what it is.

It's one document that holds everything Claude should know about your business. You keep it in a Claude Project, so it's read on every chat in that project.

Not your personal preferences. That's the profile, and we covered it. This is the business itself. What you sell, who you sell it to, how you sound, how things work.

Once it's there, you stop briefing Claude from scratch. It already knows.

Here's what goes in it.

# My Business Brain

## What I do

[Your business in three sentences. What you sell, to whom, and the result you deliver.]

## Who I serve

[Your ideal client. Their situation, their pains, the words they actually use.]

## My offers

[Each product or service, the price, and who it's for.]

## My voice

[How you write and talk. Plain, warm, direct, whatever it is. Two or three example lines.]

## How things work

[Your process, your tools, your recurring workflows, anything you'd have to explain to a new hire.]

## Facts and rules

[Numbers, names, do's and don'ts. Claims you can make, claims you can't.]

Fill each section in your own words. It doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be true and specific.

Then create a Project in Claude, drop this file into its knowledge, and work inside that project.

Now watch what changes.

Ask for a sales email and it already knows the offer and the voice. Ask it to plan a launch and it knows your audience. Ask it to draft a reply and it sounds like you, not a robot.

You stop being a translator between your business and the AI. The context is just there.

Two tips.

Keep it a living document. When something changes, update the file. Five minutes now saves an hour of re-explaining later.

And start rough. A half-finished business brain beats none. You'll refine it as you notice what Claude keeps getting wrong.

This is the core idea behind Module 8 of Claude Mastery. The folder, the context file, the projects, the architecture that runs an entire business off one well-fed brain.

The full setup, step by step, no tech background needed.

Quick one.
